Música junto al río
In some of the poems of Música junto al río, I mix three languages: Spanish, Valencian, and the residual Castilian-Aragonese of my region, Alto Palancia. However, this is not the most outstanding characteristic of the book, but each of the three sections responds to different aesthetic assumptions. When I reread this volume, I had mixed feelings: I remembered it differently, and I am very far from the spleen that I reflected in it. Not in vain, the title of the first section is “Ancient Time” and now I see it more ancient than ever. The book received good reviews from Enrique Villagrasa (Leer) and Jorge de Arco (Veintiuno).
