Lluís X. Álvarez is an indisputable figure of contemporary Asturian thought and culture: professor of Philosophy at the University of Oviedo, specialist in José Ortega y Gasset, friend and collaborator of Gianni Vattimo, co-founder of Conceyu Bable, writer, columnist, poet, and member of the Academia de la Llingua Asturiana. The compilation of all his poetry in Asturian (with Spanish translation) was my idea, and is one of the last volumes published by the Valencian publishing house Llambert Palmart.
